包含4例多发性骨髓瘤患者的22294个外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs），数据采集采用10x 3'基因表达v2试剂盒（10x 3' Gene Expression v2 kit）。

healthy1与healthy2子文件夹：-------------------------
包含2名健康供体的12865个PBMCs，数据采集采用10x 3'基因表达v2试剂盒。

drugscreen子文件夹：---------------
包含33482个细胞：将40种药物以1μM浓度处理从单名健康供体采集的PBMCs，孵育24小时；数据采集采用10x 3'基因表达v3试剂盒（10x 3' Gene Expression v3 kit）。该文件夹附带元数据文件meta.csv，其每一行对应基因表达矩阵中的一个细胞。本次测试的药物包括：
