本数据为中尼交通廊道(中尼公里两侧50km)逐月和逐年气象要素数据集,包含气温和降水两类数据。空间分辨率为1km,时间分辨率为月,时间范围为1992.01-2022.12,数据格式为TIFF。其中,平均气温数据单位为 ℃,降水量数据单位为mm。原始数据来自于爱达荷大学TerraClimate实验室发布的全球陆地表面的月度气候和气候水平衡数据集(https://www.climatologylab.org/terraclimate.html )。原始数据时间空间分辨率约为4km,以NETCDF,即.nc格式存储,为了便于用户对中尼交通廊道地区开展相关研究,使用中尼交通廊道矢量数据和ArcGIS软件对原始数据进行了裁切和重投影。在原数据的基础之上,利用克里金法插值将元数据降尺度为1km空间分辨率,并利用ArcGIS软件合成全年平均气温和降水量数据。本数据集可用于区域气候变化和生态学研究。

This dataset is a monthly and annual meteorological variable dataset for the China-Nepal Transportation Corridor, covering a 50 km buffer zone on both sides of the corridor. It includes two types of data: air temperature and precipitation. The spatial resolution is 1 km, temporal resolution is monthly, the temporal coverage spans from January 1992 to December 2022, and the data format is TIFF. Specifically, the unit of average air temperature data is ℃, and that of precipitation data is mm. The original data is derived from the global terrestrial monthly climate and climate water balance dataset released by the TerraClimate Laboratory of the University of Idaho (https://www.climatologylab.org/terraclimate.html). The original data has a spatial resolution of approximately 4 km and a monthly temporal resolution, and is stored in NETCDF format (i.e., .nc files). To facilitate relevant research on the China-Nepal Transportation Corridor region, the original data was clipped and reprojected using the vector data of the China-Nepal Transportation Corridor and ArcGIS software. Based on the original data, Kriging interpolation was applied to downscale the data to a spatial resolution of 1 km, and ArcGIS software was used to synthesize annual average air temperature and precipitation data. This dataset can be used for regional climate change and ecological research.
