106-110年公路公共運輸載客量變化狀況分析

本所依交通部指示研擬公路公共運輸計畫向行政院申請專案經費，以擴增交通部及縣市政府推動公路公共運輸發展之財源，三期計畫執行下來，曾成功扭轉先前公路公共運輸載客量持續下跌之趨勢，自98 年至107 年成長了20.3%，達到近年來的運量新高，使客運市場重返85 年榮景。惟108 年公路公共運輸載客量出現小幅衰退，減少0.22%，爰本研究藉由相關分析釐清造成運量衰退之可能原因。

Our institute, in accordance with directives from the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, drafted a highway public transportation plan and applied for special project funds from the Executive Yuan to expand the financial resources for the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and county and city governments to promote the development of highway public transportation. Following the implementation of the three-phase plan, we successfully reversed the prior continuous downward trend of highway public transportation passenger volumes, which increased by 20.3% from the 98th to the 107th year of the Republic of China, reaching a new peak in recent passenger volume and restoring the passenger transport market to its prosperous state of the 85th year of the Republic of China. However, in the 108th year of the Republic of China, highway public transportation passenger volumes saw a slight decline, decreasing by 0.22%. Therefore, this study employs correlation analysis to clarify the potential causes of this passenger volume decline.
