Excel file containing proteins identified in the lung cancer cohort described in Chapter 5 of the thesis entitled: "The Nasal Proteome as a Source of Biomarkers for SARS-CoV-2 and Lung Cancer". Tabs containing proteins identified in all samples, unique to individual disease groups and present in two of three disease groups. Nasal mucus from Nasosorption FX-i devices from patients with lung cancer, post-lung cancer resection and matched controls was eluted and processed for mass spectrometry analysis using S-Trap. Samples were analysed in a data-dependent manner and subsequently analysed using Proteome Discoverer software.

本Excel文件收录了题为《鼻蛋白质组作为SARS-CoV-2及肺癌生物标志物来源》的论文第五章所描述的肺癌队列中鉴定得到的蛋白质数据。其内置工作表分别涵盖三类蛋白质：在全部受试样本中均被鉴定出的蛋白质、各疾病组特异性蛋白质，以及在三类疾病组中两类组内可检测到的蛋白质。本数据集的样本为使用Nasosorption FX-i采集装置获取的鼻腔黏液，样本来源包括肺癌患者、肺癌术后患者及匹配的健康对照人群；所有样本经洗脱处理后采用S-Trap法进行样本制备，以用于质谱分析。样本首先以数据依赖型采集模式完成质谱分析，后续采用Proteome Discoverer软件进行数据分析。
