Serial section series of Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis post larva (1555-03)

Serial section series of a symbiotic Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis post-larva. The mussel was sampled at the Semenov-2 vent field (13.513 N; 44.962 W) at 2446.5 m water depth in 2016. The mussel was fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde stored in PHEM-buffer. Sections (1.5 µm section thickness) were stained with toluidine blue.

共生深海贻贝（Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis）后期幼体的连续切片系列。该贻贝样本于2016年采自水深2446.5米的谢苗诺夫-2（Semenov-2）热液喷口田，采样坐标为13.513°N、44.962°W。样本采用储存于PHEM缓冲液（PHEM-buffer）中的2.5%戊二醛进行固定，切片厚度为1.5微米，经甲苯胺蓝（toluidine blue）染色。
