Breast tumour cells were found to remodel the bone marrow vascular microenviornment to support metastatic expansion. To identify tumour-derived factors that stimulate marrow endothelium, we studied the transcriptomes of four isogenic murine mammary tumour cell lines, 4T1.2, 4T1, 66cl4 and 67NR. Overall design: Two biological repicates were prepared from each cell line (4T1, 4T1.2, 67NR, 66cl4).

研究发现乳腺肿瘤细胞可重塑骨髓血管微环境（bone marrow vascular microenvironment）以支持肿瘤转移扩增。为鉴定可刺激骨髓内皮细胞的肿瘤源性因子，我们对四株同基因系小鼠乳腺肿瘤细胞系的转录组进行了分析，所涉细胞系分别为4T1.2、4T1、66cl4与67NR。实验整体设计：针对每一株细胞系（4T1、4T1.2、67NR、66cl4）均制备了两份生物学重复样本。
