Kidney stones are prevalent. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of cells in mouse kidneys with nephrolithiasis. Overall design: Kidney cells were collected from male mice receiving intraperitoneal injection of glyoxylate for successive 0, 1, 4 and 7 days and analyzed using scRNAseq.

肾结石高发。我们采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)分析了患肾结石病(nephrolithiasis)的小鼠肾脏内的细胞多样性。整体实验设计:收集经连续0、1、4、7天腹腔注射乙醛酸的雄性小鼠的肾脏细胞,通过scRNA-seq进行分析。
