RNA-seq of rice leaves and roots (Oryza sativa L.)

RNA-Seq was run to obtain transcriptome data for the leaf and root samples of rice. The relationship between atmospheric transpirational demand and the global gene expression profile of rice was evaluated, using pot-grown rice at the heading stage.

本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术获取水稻叶片与根部样本的转录组数据，并以抽穗期盆栽栽培的水稻为材料，评估了大气蒸腾需求与水稻全基因表达谱之间的关联。
