Dual-RNAseq was performed to understand and define the molecular mechanism involved in the blackleg disease developmental stages in canola. Samples are collected at five growth stages including axenic and inplanta growth.

为解析并阐明油菜黑胫病各发育阶段的分子机制，本研究开展了双RNA测序（Dual-RNAseq）实验。实验样本采集自5个生长阶段，涵盖无菌生长与植物体内生长两种状态。
