In this study, low temperature stress experiments were conducted on juvenile M. rosenbergii. Fig1 shows the Venn diagram regarding the pathways of DEGs, GO terms and KEGG pathway in the three groups of the CS, CT, and the control group in overlapping parts of M. rosenbergii. Fig 2 is about the key DEGs in response to low temperature in juvenile M. rosenbergii. Table 1 shows the overlapping GO term of key DEGs enriched in the hepatopancreas and muscle tissue. Table 2 shows the overlapping KEGG pathways enriched in the hepatopancreas and muscle tissues of juvenile M. rosenbergii in the CS, CT, and control groups. Fig 3 is a heat map of the expression of DEGs on the pathways associated with low temperature in juvenile M. rosenbergii. Table 3 shows the up and down regulation of DEGs in the key pathway (Folate biosynthesis) of the low temperature response of juvenile M. rosenbergii.

本研究针对罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii,下文简称M. rosenbergii)稚虾开展了低温胁迫实验。图1展示了罗氏沼虾CS组、CT组与对照组三组间,差异表达基因(Differentially Expressed Genes,下文简称DEGs)通路、基因本体(Gene Ontology,下文简称GO)功能富集项与KEGG通路(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway)的重叠部分韦恩图。图2为罗氏沼虾稚虾响应低温胁迫的关键差异表达基因相关结果。表1展示了富集于罗氏沼虾肝胰腺与肌肉组织中的关键DEGs的重叠GO功能富集项。表2展示了罗氏沼虾稚虾CS组、CT组与对照组中,富集于肝胰腺与肌肉组织的重叠KEGG通路。图3为罗氏沼虾稚虾低温响应相关通路中DEGs的表达量热图。表3展示了罗氏沼虾稚虾低温响应关键通路——叶酸生物合成(Folate biosynthesis)途径中DEGs的上调与下调表达情况。
