Liver samples from 12 dairy cows were analyzed using the Biocrates MxP® Quant 500 kit with targeted metabolomics. Metabolomic analysis of the liver during early lactation revealed remarkable changes in amino acids, biogenic amines, acylcarnitines, phosphatidylcholines, sphingomyelins and bile acids. These shifts highlight metabolic adaptations to the increased energy demands of lactation, suggesting metabolic stress and incomplete fatty acid oxidation in the liver.
本研究采用靶向代谢组学(targeted metabolomics)结合Biocrates MxP® Quant 500检测试剂盒,对12头泌乳奶牛的肝脏样本开展分析。针对泌乳早期肝脏的代谢组学分析结果显示,氨基酸、生物胺、酰基肉碱、磷脂酰胆碱、鞘磷脂以及胆汁酸的水平均发生了显著变化。此类代谢物水平的偏移,体现了机体为适配泌乳期升高的能量需求所产生的代谢适应性调整,同时提示肝脏存在代谢应激与不完全脂肪酸氧化的情况。
