GFPA dataset

All dataset of GFPA come from a COVID-19 disease progression study conducted by Muzlifah Haniffa <em>et al.(https://doi.org/10.1038/s41591-021-01329-2)</em> healthy_pbmc_MH8919333.h5ad "healthy_pbmc_MH8919333.h5ad" is the dataset for the MH8919333 sample. All_healthy_pbmc.h5ad "All_healthy_pbmc.h5ad" contains 24 PBMC samples. msigdb_v2022.1.Hs_GMTs.zip "msigdb_v2022.1.Hs_GMTs.zip" contains all human related gene function genes in Msigdb database. All gene function sets are in GMT format. <br> msigdb_v2022.1.Mm_GMTs.zip "msigdb_v2022.1.Mm_GMTs.zip" contains all mouse related gene function genes in Msigdb database. All gene function sets are in GMT format. GFPA的全部数据集源自Muzlifah Haniffa等人开展的COVID-19疾病进程研究（https://doi.org/10.1038/s41591-021-01329-2）。具体数据集说明如下：
`healthy_pbmc_MH8919333.h5ad` 为MH8919333样本的专属数据集；
`All_healthy_pbmc.h5ad` 包含24份外周血单个核细胞(Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell, PBMC)样本；
`msigdb_v2022.1.Hs_GMTs.zip` 收录了分子特征数据库(Molecular Signatures Database, MsigDB)中所有人类相关的基因功能基因集，所有基因功能集均采用GMT格式存储；
`msigdb_v2022.1.Mm_GMTs.zip` 收录了MsigDB数据库中所有小鼠相关的基因功能基因集，所有基因功能集均采用GMT格式存储；
