Gene expression profiling of PBMC from normal individuals, chronic hepatitis B carriers and hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Homo sapiens

Aberrant gene expression analysis between peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) samples from healthy individuals and patients with chronic hepatitis B carriers and HCC were identified using Affymetrix gene arrays. Overall design: Peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) from healthy individuals, patients with patients with chronic hepatitis B carriers and HCC were isolated and total RNA was extracted for Affymetrix gene microarray analysis.

本研究利用Affymetrix基因芯片（Affymetrix gene arrays），分析健康个体、慢性乙型肝炎携带者及肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）患者的外周血单个核细胞（peripheral blood mononuclear cell, PBMC）样本之间的异常基因表达差异。实验总体设计：分别分离健康个体、慢性乙型肝炎携带者与肝细胞癌患者的外周血单个核细胞，提取总RNA后开展Affymetrix基因芯片（Affymetrix gene microarray）分析。
