Code and supporting files for publication "Increasing the accuracy of nanopore DNA sequencing using a time-varying cross membrane voltage" in Nat. Biotech. Code includes support to replicate full sequencing analysis on both constant- and variable-voltage reads. Also included are scripts for regenerating the main text figures from their underlying data.
