TA muscles of adult wildtype mice were co-transfected with cytoplasmic YFP and FLAG, FLAG-MCLT, scrambled silMyoVa or silMyoVa, as indicated. Ten days later, transfected muscles were locally injected with BGT-AF647 and imaged with in vivo confocal microscopy. NMJ areas and diameters of corresponding fibres were determined. 将成年野生型小鼠的胫骨前肌（tibialis anterior, TA）按照实验设计分别共转染细胞质黄色荧光蛋白（yellow fluorescent protein, YFP）、FLAG、FLAG-MCLT、乱序沉默MyoVa序列（scrambled silMyoVa）或MyoVa沉默序列（silMyoVa）。转染十天后，对转染后的肌肉局部注射BGT-AF647，并采用活体共聚焦显微镜进行成像。随后测定神经肌肉接头（neuromuscular junction, NMJ）的面积以及对应肌纤维的直径，实验数据以平均值±标准误（standard error of the mean, s.e.m.）表示。
