The reaction of chelating conjugated macrocycles 1a−c with
Zn(OAc)2 gives bowl-shaped heptanuclear Zn complexes featuring
Zn in tetrahedral, octahedral, and square-pyramidal geometries.
Crystallographic and NMR results indicate that vacant Zn coordination sites within the bowl may be accessed, suggesting that these
coordination complexes may be used as mimics for Zn fingers
and carbonic anhydrase.
螯合共轭大环化合物1a−c与乙酸锌(Zn(OAc)₂)反应,可得到具有四面体、八面体及四方锥配位几何构型锌中心的碗状七核锌配合物。晶体学与核磁共振(NMR)表征结果表明,该碗状结构内部的锌配位空位可被占据,这表明此类配位配合物可作为锌指(zinc finger)与碳酸酐酶(carbonic anhydrase)的模拟物。
