本实验采用Roos FJM等于2022年发表于《Cell Stem Cell》期刊的实验方案开展免疫印迹（Western Blot）检测，靶标为人JAGGED1蛋白以及作为上样对照的β-肌动蛋白（B-actin）。泳道从左至右依次为蛋白分子量Marker、AGS ICOs、健康ICO 1、健康ICO 2、健康ICO 3、健康ICO 4以及蛋白分子量Marker。
