Anlysis of ECFCs isolated from uVTE patients at gene expression level. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that endothelial dysfunction could be involved in uVTE pathogenesis. Results provide important information on endothelial compartement of uVTE patients identifying either significantly up- and down regulated genes. Overall design: Total RNA obtained from ECFCs obtained from uVTE patients compared to ECFCs obtained from healthy controls.
本研究针对从不明原因静脉血栓栓塞症(unexplained Venous Thromboembolism, uVTE)患者体内分离的内皮集落形成细胞(Endothelial Colony-Forming Cells, ECFCs)开展基因表达水平分析。本研究验证的核心假说为:内皮功能异常可能参与不明原因静脉血栓栓塞症的发病进程。研究结果可为该类患者的内皮细胞区室提供重要信息,并明确了一批显著上调与下调的差异表达基因。实验整体设计:将从不明原因静脉血栓栓塞症患者体内分离的内皮集落形成细胞中提取的总RNA,与健康对照个体来源的内皮集落形成细胞所提取的总RNA进行对比分析。
