A dataset of simulated spread trajectories of Cytospora canker in Xinjiang during 2013-2022

This dataset includes simulated trajectory data from 22 Cytospora canker release source sites in Xinjiang from 2013 to 2022, with one folder corresponding to each source site and a total of 22 folders. Each folder has 2 parts: (1) month-by-month trajectory files (.tgs) for a total of 80 months from March to October each year over a 10-year period; and (2) trajectory files (.tgs, .shp) for each of the three seasons over a 10-year period, which were obtained after combining the month-by-month trajectory files according to the spring (March-May), summer (June-August), and fall (September-October).

本数据集包含2013-2022年新疆22个壳囊孢溃疡病（Cytospora canker）释放源点的模拟轨迹数据，每个源点对应一个文件夹，共22个文件夹。每个文件夹包含两部分内容：（1）10年间每年3月至10月的逐月轨迹文件（.tgs格式），累计80个月；（2）10年间三个季节的轨迹文件（.tgs、.shp格式），这些文件由逐月轨迹文件按春季（3-5月）、夏季（6-8月）、秋季（9-10月）合并生成。
