CCSB - HI-II-14. Proteome-scale map of the human binary interactome network generated by systematically screening Space-II

The second phase of the human interactome project generated a dataset of ~14,000 binary interactions following two screens of a matrix of ~13,000 x 13,000 proteins (Space II). This search space covers ~42% of the complete search space, a more than 3 fold increase with respect to our first attempt.

人类互作组计划（human interactome project）的第二阶段，针对约13000×13000的蛋白质矩阵（Space II）开展两轮筛选后，生成了包含约14000个二元相互作用（binary interactions）的数据集。该搜索空间覆盖完整搜索空间的约42%，相较于我们的首次尝试，规模提升了三倍以上。
