Singleton indicates the unique genotype that present in only one studied OA subgroup. Doubles, Triples, Quadruplets and Pentuples show the genotype is shared by two, three, four and five OA subgroups. Genotype numbers are assigned by Allele Frequency Net Database [15]. 独有基因型（Singleton）指仅存在于一个被研究的OA亚组中的独特基因型。双份、三份、四份及五份基因型（Doubles、Triples、Quadruplets、Pentuples）分别表示该基因型可被两个、三个、四个、五个OA亚组所共有。基因型编号由等位基因频率网络数据库（Allele Frequency Net Database）[15] 赋予。其中BK=巴塔克人（Batek）、CW=谢黄族（Che Wong）、SM=塞迈人（Semai）、LH=拉诺人（Lanoh）、KS=肯西乌人（Kensiu）、OK=奥加纳克人（Orang Kanaq）。本研究展示了各OA亚组间独特型与共享型杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体（Killer Cell Immunoglobulin-like Receptor, KIR）基因型的分布特征。
