Array analysis of total lung RNA obtained from mice 12,16,24 h post infection with influenza. Strains used were Mock, PR8, X31, VN62 (1x10^5pfu) Overall design: Time Point: 12, 16, 24 h post infection (Mock, PR8, X31, VN62); Mock group has three biological replicates, virally infected groups have nine replicates.

本研究针对感染流感病毒后12、16、24小时的小鼠肺部总RNA进行基因芯片分析（Array analysis）。实验所用分组包括空白对照（Mock）以及PR8、X31、VN62三种流感病毒株，病毒感染滴度均为1×10^5噬斑形成单位（plaque forming unit，pfu）。实验整体设计如下：感染时间点设置为病毒感染后12、16、24小时，分组涵盖Mock、PR8、X31、VN62；其中空白对照组设置3次生物学重复，病毒感染各组均设置9次生物学重复。
