The pigment composition and the transcriptome associated with brown film formation have been widely studied. However, the microbiome associated with brown film in Lentinula edodes has not been examined. In this study, we performed 16S amplicon sequencing to understand the dynamics of the bacterial microbiome and select potential microbial biomarkers. on the brown film of L. edodes. To achieve this, we investigated: (1) the bacterial community, diversity, and functionality in the first and third flush of mushroom cultivation; and (2) the unique taxa in different flush by the linear discriminant analysis effect size (LEfSe) method. This study provides a foundation for the further analysis of bacterial communities of brown film of L. edodes.
与香菇(Lentinula edodes)褐膜形成相关的色素组成及转录组已得到广泛研究。然而,香菇褐膜相关的微生物组尚未被考察。本研究采用16S扩增子测序技术,解析香菇褐膜上细菌微生物组的动态变化,并筛选潜在的微生物生物标志物。为此,本研究开展了两项调查:(1) 分析香菇栽培首潮与第三潮褐膜中的细菌群落组成、多样性及功能;(2) 采用线性判别分析效应量(linear discriminant analysis effect size, LEfSe)方法,识别不同出菇批次褐膜中的特异性分类单元。本研究为后续香菇褐膜细菌群落的相关分析奠定了基础。
