QTOF breath samples from plasmodium falciparum CHMI trial

This data was collected as part of a study investigating the exhaled breath of volunteers undergoing controlled human malaria infection (CHMI) with Plasmoldium falciparum infection. Seven volunteers were recruited for the trial, and they provided breath samples both before and after drug treatment over a period of 28 days. The data also contains the ambient air samples collected at the same time as the breath collection. \n\nTwo types of data are in this collection: GC-QTOF-MS file, with extension .D, which is proprietary to the company Agilent. The software "MassHunter", which is available to those who own any Agilent GC, LC or MS equipment, can be used to open these files.
