Data and code for Tropical dry woodland loss in India since 1880 and its relation to current megafauna distributions

We provide data and code for the maps created in the publication "Tropical dry woodland loss in India since 1880 and its relation to current megafauna distributions" in Ecological Applications 2025. Specifically: The file Code_EnsembleMapCreation.ipynb contains the code used to create our Ensemble maps for 2020 and 2010. The file IndianTDFs_1880-1930-1975-1985-1995-2010-2020_300m_April2025.tif is a raster stack containing the following rasters at 300m resolution in the order below: TDF boundary as delineated by Olson.
