Effect of radiation exposure on gene expression in neurospheres

To investigate the radiotoxicity on Neural Progenitor Cells (NPC) in neuropsheres exposed to x-ray radiation We performed gene expression profiling analysis using bulk RNA-seq of neurospheres irradiated with three different radiation intensities (0 and 1Gy) 3 days after seeding.

为探究经X射线辐射的神经球内神经前体细胞（Neural Progenitor Cells，NPC）所受的放射毒性，我们采用批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq）技术，对接种3天后经三种不同辐射剂量（0与1Gy）照射的神经球开展基因表达谱分析。
