实验设计：DNA样品经质量评估合格后，先进行随机片段化，随后依次进行末端修复（end repair）、A尾加尾（A-tailing）、测序接头（sequencing adapters）连接、片段大小筛选及PCR扩增，完成测序文库制备流程，最终得到合格的DNA测序文库。
