rs-fMRI dataset for SOZ localization in pediatric RE

The dataset used in this study is a collection of resting-state functional MRI (rs-fMRI) data from 52 children with refractory epilepsy (RE). The data was used to evaluate the effectiveness of integrating expert knowledge with deep learning (DL) techniques for seizure onset zone (SOZ) localization.

本研究使用的数据集包含52名难治性癫痫（refractory epilepsy, RE）患儿的静息态功能磁共振成像（resting-state functional MRI, rs-fMRI）数据。该数据用于评估将专家知识与深度学习（deep learning, DL）技术相结合在癫痫发作起始区（seizure onset zone, SOZ）定位中的有效性。
