TOGA COARE soundings from Kupang. Version 1.0

This dataset consists of sounding data from Kupang in Indonesia (WMO 97372) which was operated by the Indonesian Meteorological Service. Soundings were taken twice daily (00 and 12 UTC) during the IOP. The data were processed through the automated, visual, and spatial quality control processes. This dataset includes pressure, temperature, dew point, relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and altitude. Data were taken at 30 second vertical intervals prior to 21 January 1993 and six second vertical intervals after 21 January 1993. Refer to the station README file for details.

本数据集包含印度尼西亚古邦（Kupang）站的探空数据，该站为世界气象组织（World Meteorological Organization，WMO）编号97372站点，由印度尼西亚气象服务机构运维。在强化观测期（Intensive Observation Period，IOP）内，每日开展两次探空观测，观测时刻为协调世界时（Coordinated Universal Time，UTC）00时与12时。所有数据均经过自动化、目视及空间质量控制流程处理。本数据集涵盖气压、气温、露点、相对湿度、风速、风向与海拔高度等观测要素。1993年1月21日之前，数据以30秒的垂直采样间隔采集；1993年1月21日之后，采样间隔调整为6秒。详细信息请查阅该站点的README文件。
