The daily records of reference Evapotranspiration (ETo), in mm, cover the land of Egypt and temporally span from 1981 to 2020 at high horizontal resolution (0.10°×0.10°). Temporal coverage of data may be extended in the future when recent observations are available. The methodology for developing this dataset is presented at https://doi.org/10.1002/joc.7894.
