The expression profiling of exosomal miRNAs produced by fibroblasts (human prostate stromal and three types of primary cultured prostate fibroblasts) revealed that certain fibroblast-produced exosomes may be involved in the suppression of oncogenic dedifferentiation in prostate cancer cells. Overall design: In this study, miRNA expression profiling was obtained for exosomal miRNAs produced by fibroblasts (human prostate stroma and three types of primary cultured prostate fibroblasts).
对成纤维细胞(fibroblasts)(包含人类前列腺基质细胞与三种原代培养前列腺成纤维细胞)所分泌的外泌体miRNA(exosomal miRNAs)进行表达谱分析后发现,部分成纤维细胞来源的外泌体可能参与抑制前列腺癌细胞的致癌性去分化过程。实验整体设计:本研究针对成纤维细胞(人类前列腺基质细胞及三种原代培养前列腺成纤维细胞)所分泌的外泌体miRNA开展了表达谱分析。
