Targets of Retinoic Acid (RA) were identified in primary human epidermal keratinocytes grown in the presence or absence of all-trans retinoic acid for 1, 4, 24, 48 and 72 hours. Targets of Thyroid Hormone (T3) were identified in primary human epidermal keratinocytes grown in the presence or absence of the hormone; same controls as for RA. Overall design: Time course, 1, 4, 24, 48 and 72 hours

本数据集以原代人表皮角质形成细胞(primary human epidermal keratinocytes)为研究对象,分别在添加全反式视黄酸(all-trans retinoic acid)或不添加该试剂的培养条件下孵育1、4、24、48及72小时,以此鉴定视黄酸(Retinoic Acid, RA)的靶标基因。同时,本数据集还在相同类型的原代人表皮角质形成细胞中,通过添加或不添加甲状腺激素(Thyroid Hormone, T3)的方式培养以鉴定其靶标基因,该实验的对照组设置与视黄酸靶标鉴定实验完全一致。整体实验设计为时间进程实验,时间节点包含1、4、24、48及72小时。
