The experiment was conducted in Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan, China in 2022. 7-d-old rice seedlings were planted to pots supplied with different combinations of zinc and nitrogen.Three biological replicates were conducted. Four rice plants were planted for each biological replicates. Eight weeks later, the rhizosphere soils were collected for the analyses.

本实验于2022年在中国武汉华中农业大学开展。将7日龄水稻幼苗移栽至施加不同锌、氮组合的盆栽中。实验设置3次生物学重复，每次生物学重复种植4株水稻。培养8周后，采集根际土壤用于相关分析。
