七种半翅目昆虫线粒体基因组数据

昆虫是地球上物种多样性最高的类群，对特定昆虫类群的线粒体基因组研究还处于不断发展和积累的阶段。部分半翅目昆虫的线粒体基因组在GenBank数据库中缺失，阻碍了线粒体基因组在半翅目昆虫中的进一步应用。本研究报道7种半翅目昆虫（Maevius indecorus、Limnogonus cereiventris、尖长蝽Oxycarenus laetus、Hormaphis cornu、Melanaphis donacis、香蕉交脉蚜Pentalonia nigronervosa、石榴囊毡蚧Acanthococcus lagerstroemiae）的线粒体基因组详尽信息，其中Ma. indecorus和P. nigronervosa 线粒体基因组数据分别为Hyocephalidae科和Pentalonia属首次报道。7种半翅目昆虫数据通过SRA数据库获得，来源于6个国家（澳大利亚、印度、中国、美国、肯尼亚、喀麦隆）的7个地区。本研究可为半翅目昆虫系统发育关系、生物多样性、种群分化格局等相关研究提供一定数据支持。

Insects represent the most species-rich group on Earth. Studies on the mitochondrial genomes of specific insect taxa remain in a phase of ongoing development and data accumulation. Mitochondrial genome sequences for certain Hemiptera species are absent from the GenBank database, which hinders the further application of mitochondrial genomics in Hemiptera-related research. This study reports comprehensive mitochondrial genome data for seven Hemipteran species: *Maevius indecorus*, *Limnogonus cereiventris*, *Oxycarenus laetus* (Chinese common name: 尖长蝽), *Hormaphis cornu*, *Melanaphis donacis*, *Pentalonia nigronervosa* (Chinese common name: 香蕉交脉蚜), and *Acanthococcus lagerstroemiae* (Chinese common name: 石榴囊毡蚧). Notably, the mitochondrial genome datasets of *Ma. indecorus* and *P. nigronervosa* represent the first reported records for the family Hyocephalidae and genus *Pentalonia*, respectively. The mitochondrial genome data of these seven species were retrieved from the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) database, originating from seven sampling localities across six countries: Australia, India, China, the United States, Kenya, and Cameroon. This study provides valuable genomic resources for relevant research on the phylogenetic relationships, biodiversity, and population differentiation patterns of Hemiptera.
