Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of the bHLH gene family cauliflower (Brassica oleracea L.)

purple cauliflower seeds were sown in the Wuqing experimental field of the Tianjin Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China. Samples (with 3 biological repeats) of white- and fully purple-stage curd tissue samples were collected for RNA-seq. A standard analysis of the transcriptome was performed on the raw data to obtain expression data.

将紫花椰菜种子播种于中国天津市农业科学院武清试验田中。采集白色花球期与完全紫色花球期的花球组织样本（设置3次生物学重复），用于RNA测序（RNA-seq）。对原始测序数据开展标准转录组分析，以获取基因表达数据。
