Radio-loud supermassive black holes (SMBHs) at the highest redshifts($zgtrsim6$) are some of the most intriguing targets for early Universe studiesas their radio properties may be the key to understanding early SMBH growth.Until recently however the known population of these objects was small butrecent targeted surveys have dramatically expanded this census. The X-rayproperties of these quasars are fundamentally important as they reveal both theoverall accretion processes in individual quasars and as a population the roleinverse Compton interactions with the CMB play in suppressing radio flux injets. We therefore propose a Fulfil Programme to complete the archive ofReionization-era radio-loud quasars. [truncated! Please see actual data for full text]
