This instrument conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements by detecting the presence and intensity of characteristic radiation generated when the atoms or ions of the measured elements are excited in a light source. It is mainly used for sample analysis in fields such as metallurgy, geology, petroleum, environmental protection, chemical industry, new materials, medicine and sanitation. The precision requirements are ≤3% for spark/arc sources, and ≤1.5% for ICP.
