Six different Solanaceae species, Potato (Solanum tuberosum), Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum), Pepper (Capsicum annuum), Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum), Petunia and Nicotiana benthamiana were grown at 25C, 16h light and 8h darkness. Mature leaves were harvested after 4-6 weeks. RNA was isolated using Qiagen RNeasy. Tomato, pepper, petunia tobacco and N. benthamiana samples were hybridized against potato samples. 本数据集共包含6种茄科(Solanaceae)植物,分别为马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)、番茄(Lycopersicum esculentum)、辣椒(Capsicum annuum)、烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)、矮牵牛(Petunia)以及本氏烟草(Nicotiana benthamiana)。所有供试材料均于25℃、16小时光照与8小时黑暗的条件下培养。培养4至6周后,采收各材料的成熟叶片。采用Qiagen RNeasy试剂盒完成RNA提取。将番茄、辣椒、矮牵牛、烟草及本氏烟草的样本与马铃薯样本进行杂交实验。关键词:直接比较。整体实验设计:共计完成10次杂交实验。
