a. 经Mul-15040-F/R引物扩增得到的312 bp聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）片段，或经272-1-int/272-2-int引物扩增得到的472 bp条带[30]，分别以"+"和"-"表示其存在与缺失。
b. 经木质部小菌（Xylella fastidiosa，X. fastidiosa）特异性引物RST31/RST33扩增得到的733 bp聚合酶链式反应片段的存在情况[29]。
本研究所使用的细菌菌株，以及采用引物对Mul-15040-F/R或272-1-int/272-2-int进行聚合酶链式反应所得的结果。
