Co-expression network from TPM matrix for Digitaria exilis generated with LSTrAP (ppc.py script). Experiments with Spike, Grain, Seedling, and Leaf downloaded from SRA (NCBI) were used.
本研究利用LSTrAP工具（配套ppc.py脚本），基于福尼奥稷（Digitaria exilis）的转录本每百万计数（Transcripts Per Million, TPM）矩阵构建了共表达网络。本研究所使用的穗、籽粒、幼苗及叶片相关实验数据，均下载自美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI）的序列读取存档（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）数据库。
