Detroit Community Health Survey - Report

<span style='color: rgb(94, 94, 94); font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>As part of the Detroit Community Health Assessment (CHA) process, the Health Department and community partners worked with the University of Michigan Detroit Metropolitan Area Communities Study (DMACS) team to conduct a representative citywide survey of 1,216 residents to gather relevant information about Detroiters’ experiences, perceptions, priorities and aspirations around community health. 作为底特律社区健康评估（Detroit Community Health Assessment, CHA）流程的一部分，底特律卫生部门与社区合作伙伴联合密歇根大学底特律都会区社区研究（Detroit Metropolitan Area Communities Study, DMACS）团队，针对1216名居民开展了具有代表性的全市范围调查，以收集底特律居民在社区健康领域的经历、认知、优先关切事项与愿景等相关信息。该调查于2018年夏季实施，本次调查结果已收录于此。

本次社区健康评估（CHA）报告结合现有数据，以及通过绘图、摄影、访谈与全市范围调查直接从居民处获取的信息，呈现了底特律的健康现状概览。
