Patient Satisfaction and Quality of Life Following Surgery combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy for Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory disease which has profound physical and psychological consequences that affect patients’ quality of life. Due to the limitation of single surgery or PDT, Surgery combined with photodynamic therapy is expected to be an ideal treatment for the disease. Our study aims to estimate the satisfaction and quality of life following surgery combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy for HS, and provide a reference for treatment of HS. 化脓性汗腺炎（Hidradenitis suppurativa, HS）是一种慢性炎症性疾病，可对患者的生活质量造成显著的躯体与心理负面影响。鉴于单手术或光动力疗法（Photodynamic Therapy, PDT）存在局限性，手术联合光动力疗法有望成为该病的理想治疗方案。本研究旨在评估化脓性汗腺炎患者接受手术联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法后的满意度与生活质量，为该病的临床治疗提供参考依据。表1 32例患者的人口学特征与临床特点；图1 Ⅱ期Hurley分级化脓性汗腺炎患者的治疗流程；图注。
