mRNA [processed gene expression values per sample] - buccal - CHTP 1.2

This study reports a comparative assessment of the biological impact of a heated tobacco aerosol from the Carbon-Heated Tobacco Product (CHTP) 1.2, and smoke from a combustible 3R4F cigarette on human organotypic buccal epithelium tissue exposed at the air-liquid interface. The transcriptome (mRNAs) was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Genome U133 2.0 Arrays. This dataset is the normalized intensity values for each gene and each sample.

本研究对碳加热烟草制品（Carbon-Heated Tobacco Product, CHTP）1.2产生的加热烟草气溶胶与可燃型3R4F香烟烟雾，在气液界面暴露条件下对人体器官型颊上皮组织的生物学影响进行了比较评估。转录组（transcriptome，mRNA）的特征分析采用Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Genome U133 2.0芯片完成。本数据集包含每个基因及每个样本的标准化强度值。
