In this study, some laboratory-scale airtight reactors were established to study the microbial composition and function of the oxygen content of the air on this energy-saving system. The reactor systems were operated under different oxygen content conditions. It was studied the composition, function, distribution of microbial community and its overall effect on nutrient removal under low oxygen environment in bioreactor system from the perspective of oxygen content in the air.
本研究构建了若干实验室规模密闭反应器,旨在探究空气氧含量对该节能系统微生物组成与功能的影响。反应器系统在不同氧含量条件下运行。本研究从空气氧含量的视角出发,对生物反应器系统低氧环境中的微生物群落组成、功能、分布特征及其对营养物去除的整体影响进行了研究。
