Comparative proteomic analysis revealing the novel mechanisms underlying the contrasting grain nutrients of two Hulless Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.)

In the current study, we used quantitative TMT-LC-MS/MS proteomics to study the difference between two hulless barley varieties with significantly different starch, beta-glucan and protein content.
