We report the first asymmetric synthesis of trans optically active (+) C2 1,3-bisarylepoxide of calix[4]arene in excellent chemical yield and >99% ee, and its enantiospecific conversion to the corresponding bis-dioxolane
本研究首次报道了杯[4]芳烃(calix[4]arene)衍生的反式光学活性(+)型C2对称1,3-双芳基环氧乙烷的不对称合成,该合成反应具备优异的化学收率且对映体过量值(enantiomeric excess, ee)大于99%;此外还实现了该产物经对映专一性转化为相应双二氧戊环的过程。
