采用工程化锌指转录因子对人类微卫星重复序列进行全基因组功能扰动 实验整体设计:本数据集包含经EWS-ZFA或KRAB-ZFA处理的间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal Stem Cells, MSCs)、尤因肉瘤细胞及非尤因肉瘤细胞的RNA测序(RNA-seq)与组蛋白H3赖氨酸27乙酰化染色质免疫共沉淀测序(H3K27Ac ChIP-seq)数据;所有样本均设置两个生物学重复。
