Acinetobacter baumannii Genome sequencing and assembly. Acinetobacter baumannii

The bacterial strains were isolated from the in and out patient samples such as blood and sputum of Government hospitals in and around Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia from November 2023 to December 2023. After collection, the samples were processed in the Microbiology lab for genotypic identification. Later, the samples were processed further for antibiotic sensitivity assay and molecular identification.

本次研究的细菌菌株分离自沙特阿拉伯利雅得市及周边公立医院的门诊及住院患者样本（涵盖血液、痰液样本），采样时段为2023年11月至2023年12月。样本采集完成后，于微生物实验室开展基因型鉴定流程；后续进一步完成抗生素敏感性试验与分子鉴定工作。
