The deposited dataset includes the results of the experimental work, which are presented in the figures of the related article. These results correspond to the magnetic measurements, calorimetric studies, 57Fe Mossbauer spectroscopy experiments, solid-state UV-vis absorption spectroscopy experiments, SHG studies, and dielectric constant measurements, all performed as a function of temperature for heterometallic chain materials exhibiting thermally induced spin crossover that affects diverse physical properties.
