Code and analysis output

AnalysisCode is the R code used to run all analyses and generate all figures in the manuscript. FossilAssignments is a Table showing members of the crown clade to which each extinct species is stem-ward. The other files are all parameter estimates and analysis outputs from the code included.

分析代码集（AnalysisCode）为用于运行手稿中所有分析并生成全部图表的R代码。化石归属表（FossilAssignments）为一张表格，展示了每个已灭绝物种所处茎干位置所对应的冠群演化支（crown clade）成员。其余文件均为上述代码运行所得的参数估计值与分析输出结果。
